Masungi Georeserve 2017

After two weeks of keeping myself away from my laptop (blame Mobile Legends for that HUEHUE), I’m finally back to finish this long overdue blog post about our recent adventure at one of the most instagrammable spots in the country: the Masungi Georeserve in Rizal. The Masungi Georeserve is a conservation area and a rustic rock…

Our Bohol escapade officially began on the second day. The pension house that we stayed at recommended Mang Nicolas who officiated our tour. I really enjoyed our road trip since I’m a big fan of Farmville. There are lots of fields and farm animals, the views are breathtaking, and the air is cold and refreshing.

After almost a year of anticipation, our Bohol-Siquijor trip has finally arrived. We’ve been waiting for this moment since early last year when AirAsia had its promo of round trip tickets from Manila to Tagbilaran vv.

BALER 2015.2

Getting up on our second day was probably the biggest struggle we’ve faced on our Aurora escapade. We were planning to visit the Mother Falls, but all of our energy seems to have run out from yesterday’s extreme adventures. Instead of going out, we just ‘wasted’ our time by having a movie marathon: Jesabelle and Big Hero 6. O diba ang productive. Haha.

When we finally had the strength to go out, we went to Ampere Beach in Dipaculao.

This Aurora escapade has forever stayed as a ‘plan’. We finished our thesis, graduated, and walked our own paths without having this trip accomplished. Finally, the plan became a reality.

ILOCOS 2015.2

I began our second day adventure in Ilocos at around 3 AM. Eight of us are sharing one room so I wanted to be the first one to use the bathroom since it takes one hour for me to take a bath. We were also waiting for the sunrise so waking up first is a must. Unfortunately, the sun showed up on the other side, so medyo epic fail. HAHA.

ILOCOS 2015.1

It’s already three in the morning, exactly one hour since I arrived from our tedious 14-hour drive from Ilocos. I know that sleeping should be my priority but my hangover from our three-day adventure kept me wide awake. Ilocos have always held the number 1 spot on my Places to Go Bucket List (local). That’s why I can’t just sleep right away without blogging about our awesome journey to the North.
